PeriodicPSP: the periodic table of elements on PSP

With this homebrew, you can consult the periodic table of elements from your PSP, but also have much information about each item: name, symbol, atomic number, mass, condition, etc ...

 For those who do not know what the periodic table of elements, here is what Wikipedia says:

 The periodic table of elements, also called the Mendeleev table, periodic table of elements (CPE) or just periodic table represents all the chemical elements, ordered by increasing atomic number and organized according to their electronic configuration, which underlies their properties chemicals. Its invention is usually attributed to Russian chemist Dmitri Mendeleev.
