The company Sony Ericsson, headed by Hideki Komiyama, currently struggling to carve out its share of the mobile phone market, but despite its efforts it has so far failed to produce SmartPhone able to compete the iPhone.

Komiyama wants to know if the PlayStation division of Sony to make lucrative aspects of sales amounted to its future phones. Speaking to The Financial Times, he said that a PlayStation phone could become a reality.

SonyEricsson believes much to convergence. In the past, the company had integrated the Walkman and Cybershot brands to its phones, without, however, follow the path of Nokia with its N-Gage.
Sony Ericsson currently relies on third parties to produce better phones. The firm also released two new on the market by the end of 2009, able to run on operating systems such as Windows Mobile or Google's Android.
That will boost the buzz about a possible PSP phone (see former sections).
